We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Technology Risk Manager.
 
In this role, you will​
  • Drive Senior Management awareness, engagement and accountability 
  • Provide expertise on regulatory requirements 
  • Drive business awareness of appropriate IT policies and controls and required compliance 
  • Support Audit and regulatory planning and execution 
  • Liaison with second and third line of defense including IT Security, Operational Risk, Regulatory and Compliance, Technology Risk, Internal Audit. 
  • Support standardisation of collaboration model among IT and Chief Control Office 
  • Support governance and reporting 
  • Drive resolution through collaboration with IT teams 
  • Manage thematic reviews, investigations, compliance reviews in response to internal or external events
  • Support the engagement with the business to identify, measure, mitigate, monitor, and report risk 
  • Drive issues and actions management along with remediation activities 
  • Support the improvement of existing audit and regulatory planning and execution processes and reporting 
  • Support existing issues and actions management, internal event management  
 
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements​
  • Possess IT auditor experience, or IT auditee experience within banks
  • Possess risk and control experience within technology domains. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to a wide range of individuals and groups
  • Able to influence to drive deliverables
  • Independent and effective collaborator
  • Innovative and able to assess needs and propose solutions
  • Excellent analytical skills 
  • Strong communications in written and speaking English
