Job duties of this Role:
The role will have a security delivery element as well as a business development aspect, the person will have a combination of technical delivery and sales experience.
Delivery:
- From a technical delivery perspective, the person needs to be able to provide advice and hands on help with clients during solution and project implementation.
- The ideal candidate needs to be able to lead cybersecurity assessments, advisory and solution implementation programs directly with clients.
- This person must have a high standard of communication skills to be able to accurately explain cybersecurity issues and concepts to management and or business partners
- They will be expected to keep up to date with Cybersecurity trends and advancements in the industry
- Ideally the candidate will have practical, hands-on experience with several, but not all, of the following domains:
- Governance Risk and Compliance in Cybersecurity:
- Information and Data Protection Security Solutions
- Information Security Policies and Procedures (including control reviews)
- Data Classification
- Cybersecurity and Data Laws (Globally)
- Accreditation Management (ISO27K, SOC2 etc)
- Cybersecurity Frameworks (MITRE, NIST, CIS)
- Identity and Access Management solutions (Including Privileged Access Management)
- Cloud Security
- Cloud Platforms and Cloud Security Concepts
- CASB Management and Implementation
- SASE
- Dev Sec Ops
- Application Security
- Threat and Vulnerability Management
- Extensive experience with configuring and troubleshooting vulnerability management platforms such as Tenable or Qualys as well as patch management control platforms such as Microsoft MECM/SCCM and others.
- Experience with supporting patch management, vulnerability management, or configuration management programs.
- Experience in troubleshooting patch deployment and installation through log analysis and investigation.

Business Development:
- Ability to organize and drive meetings with demanding clients.
- Internally this person will be a point of contact to provide guidance for consultants, cybersecurity sales and product teams when necessary.
- This person will contribute to the cybersecurity offerings in solution tenders, RFPs and any other proposals.
- The ideal candidate will actively contribute to Accenture’s cybersecurity community globally and be an advocate for security awareness.
- Ability to provide guidance to customers on the latest security advances and trends.
- This person will assist in the directing and collaboration with local or international colleagues in engagements and project delivery.
- The candidate will have used sales capture systems in previous roles and understand the commercial aspects of building and maintaining the security business.
- This person may be expected to organize client events and marketing events for the cybersecurity business in Hong Kong.
- The candidate will actively manage a network of Cybersecurity contacts in Hong Kong, through events and meet ups
