Job duties of this Role:

• Perform program management, adhering to program governance processes, in accordance to overall project strategy and roadmap.

• Provide support at different levels of project management including: − Coordinating activities, participating in key discussions, and providing execution support where necessary across work streams − Leading regular cross-stream discussions to ensure alignment − Reporting key progress and updates at all project management meetings

• Monitor progress of work streams to ensure timelines and milestones are met, outstanding items are closed off, with timely escalation of potential roadblocks and delays

• Lead discussions when planning and negotiating with different levels of users to prioritize activities.

• Conduct business process analysis, requirement analysis and design workshops with users

• Ensure the projects will be delivered on time, within budget, meeting user requirements and comply with all established policies, standards, and procedures

• Plan, budget and manage risks for projects
