We are looking for YOU the Technology and Data Analytics Executive to work alongside with our Operational Transformation Executive. You will partner together with business and leadership teams to develop an agenda and complete the deliverables to drive efficiencies through data utilization, workflow, and process automation. You will translate user requirements into a data solution design that includes creation of functional specifications, identification and mapping of source system data, rules for data extraction, cleansing, integration, and validation. As well as devise methods for identifying data patterns, trends in available information sources using a variety of qualitative and quantitative techniques. Determine and recommend additional data collection and reporting requirements, if needed. And use machine learning tools and statistical techniques to produce solutions to problems and find correlations in data that might either drive new business, significantly improve processes, or enhance the customer journey. We need you to recommend system enhancements, controls, and protocols, as well as improvement projects to ensure data is processed and used in and efficient and optimal manner, supporting the organization’s mission and objectives. And drive innovation and evaluate new tools/applications in alignment with the Global SFS strategy. Qualifications: As a Technology and Data Analytics Executive, you will need a minimum of 8 years of experience in digital transformation within financial services as well as 5 years of managerial experience (includes people and projects). As a Technology and Data Analytics Associate, you will need a minimum of 4 years of experience in digital transformation within financial services as well as 2 years of managerial experience (includes people and projects). Ability to consolidate, synthesize and report on complex and / or large amounts of data. Very strong financial analysis skills. Attention to detail & data accuracy participation in data analysis efforts for multiple projects and programs of different size and complexity is a plus. Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and/or Power BI.Strong working knowledge of data bases and SQL. Experience with scripting (i.e. Python, PowerShell, or VBA) or workflow (i.e., Knime, Mendix) is a plus. Bachelor or equivalent international degree in IT / Computer Science or an adjacent field. Experienced in a variety of CPI tools: Six Sigma, LEAN, Total Quality Management Agile, Processing Mining, AI Experience in implementing end-to-end process improvement projects.
