Responsibilities

• Work in a contact center environment and handle multiple customer calls
• Provide high quality service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction by resolving customer queries
• Listen and understand customers and establishing their needs in order to offer relevant products, services and solutions

Requirements

• F.6 or above
• At least 1-2 years relevant experience in call center
• Services oriented with positive attitude
