Job Description:

• Take care and serve the assigned SME accounts
• Responsible to promote multi-product from company to dedicated accounts
• Provide 1-stop solution, support and complaint handling on all telecommunications products and services through phone and email 

Job Requirement: 

• Higher Diploma or above 
• minimum 1 year customer service experience, preferably in telecommunications industry or customer service field
• Effective interpersonal, communications, problem solving and telephone handling skills
• Ability to work under a fast-paced environment 
• Customer-focus, flexible, initiative and able to work under pressure
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge in Putonghua is an advantage
