Job Responsibilities

• handleinbound /outbound Telephone Call for Sales and marketing projects
• Preparing call log report
• Generate sales leads and following up on possible client
• Communicate and promote company’s service to potential clients

工作職責

• 負責接聽及打電話以協助銷售及市場部項目
• 推廣公司服務及跟進客戶
• 負責每日電話記錄

Job Requirements

• 1 year or above working experience in sales/ telemarketing/ customer service
• Good command of both spoken and written in Cantonese & Mandarin or Cantonese & Mandarin & English
• Friendly personality with good communication and telephone manner
• Sales and result driven with a positive can-do attitude
• Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel)

工作要求

• 1年以上銷售/ 電話營銷/客戶服務經驗
• 良好會話及書寫能力: 中文(廣東話和普通話) 或 英文及中文 (廣東話和普通話)
• 性格親切、良好的溝通和電話營銷技巧
• 積極、進取、以銷售和結果為目標
• 熟悉電腦操作MS Office（Word和Excel）                                  

Fresh graduate / Bachelor degree holder with less experience will also be considered.  大學畢業生/較少經驗者均會考慮
