Responsible for performing outbound calls to customers for cross-sell targets

  • Achieve the calls & conversion targets.
  • Manage customer service excellence with prompt TAT service delivery and effective customer queries handling.
  • Ensure call activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with the Quality standards 
  • Attend the mandated regular trainings.
  • Ensure daily reports are promptly & accurately submitted.

Requirements

  • Education: Company Product knowledge and operational procedures. Minimum “O” level or equivalent holder.
  • Experience: Call Centre & Telemarketing experience.
  • Specific Business Knowledge: Call Centre & Telemarketing systems & workflows, phone sales knowledge.
