Telemarketing Consultant, Health Management

Our client offers 5 days’ work per week. Compensation package includes basic salary, commission, study assistance plan, non-contributory pension scheme, life & medical benefit, annual leave, examination leave, etc.

Job Duties:

• Conduct new business sales and retention activities mainly through calls
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience and achieve sales targets
• Handle customers’ enquiries, facilitate the enrolment process and follow up outstanding issues
• Liaise with customers for policy renewal and maintain a good relationship with them

Requirements:

• DSE or above
• 1 year or above relevant experience (insurance field would be an advantage)
• Good communication and telephone handling skill, aggressive and hardworking
• Good command of MS Office knowledge
