Job Description

The Telemarketing Team Leader is responsible for inviting potential guests via Telephone to attend a personal preview of our onsite sales gallery and offer a discounted holiday discovery package. Additional responsibilities include performing booking verifications and managing reports on a daily basis.

The Telemarketing Team Leader represents Anantara Vacation Club in a courteous, enthusiastic and diligent manner. All guests that are invited on a holiday package preview will be required to attend a 90-120 minutes sales presentation on the benefits of shared ownership with Anantara Vacation Club. It is the Telemarketing Team Leader’s responsibility to ensure that each guest clearly understands the offer and adheres to the Details of Participation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verification: To verify daily packages sold by Telemarketing Consultant. Ensure all guests
    meet the qualifications and details of participation of each offer as set forth
    by AVC and ensure timely and accurate documentation of such

  • Calls Quality Assurance: To monitoring the daily calls out and random checking the
    calls to prevent any misleading/overselling presentations

  • Calls Evaluation: Team Leaders are required to randomly select the voice record of
    Telemarketing Consultant towards the evaluation purpose by using call
    evaluation form provided; within probation Telemarketing Consultant required 6
    voice records per month, out of probation Telemarketing Consultant required 2
    voice records per month

  • Ensure that all Telemarketing Consultant are efficiently performing phone calls and
    tracking their respective guests through effective and timely call-backs

  • Ensure
    the Telemarketing Consultant are engaged and performing their respective 70
    reachable calls per day or at least 2.50 hours talking time and achieving the
    monthly package sold target

  • Ensure the Activators are engaged and performing outbound chased at least 30 reachable
    calls per day and achieving the monthly target setting by Call Center Leaders

  • To ensure the Telemarketing Consultant follow a scripted presentation, perform an
    on-brand presentation, and interact with the customers in a good manner
    (including activators)

  • To assist Telemarketing Consultant to overcoming objections and persuade the
    guests to attend the preview presentation and maximum conversion to preview
    open/dated package sold

  • To assist or advise Telemarketing Consultant dealing with the customer
    unsatisfactory might occurred, and how to on-branded resolve the issues
    (including activators)

  • To liaise with Regional Trainer and Call Center Manager to be able to perform the
    training session required (including activators)

  • To support Call Center Leaders in terms of reporting required (including
    activators)

  • Effectively manage company assigned leads from the CRM system

  • To liaise the booking/administrative process with Operation Department

  • Perform clerical or other reasonable duties requested by the Call Centre Manager

 

Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills, including but not limited to, active listening, empathizing, problem solving, organized, detail oriented, follow through, and excellent verbal and written communication skills

Previous telemarketing service experience preferred

Ability to work as a team player, in a personable and positive manner

Ability to work quickly and accurately in a high volume environment. Able to perform well under deadlines and respond well to an environment of constant change

Native in Chinese Mandarin language (English is preferential)

Problem solving and negotiating skills

Positive and enthusiastic attitude

Excellent coaching and teaching skills

Strong leadership skills and ability to lead by example

Computer skills: Microsoft words, Power point, Excel
