Works on the validation of software tools that collect telemetry from the hardware characterizing power and performance. Utilizes modern software development methodologies, programming languages, domain knowledge, and secure coding practices to create validation systems, execute tests, and interpret results, including debugging new failures, determining root-causes, and working with engineering teams to repair issues.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:
� BS or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineer, Information Science, or related field
� Familiarity with Python, bash/shell, or other scripting languages
� Excellent problem-solving/triage/debugging skills


Preferred Qualifications:
� Knowledge of Intel power and performance measurement architecture
� Familiarity with an industry-standard build/test system (Jenkins, Team City, Selenium
� FreeBSD, ESXi or Hyper-V experience
