Job Description

The role's main responsibilities are to provide efficient, personalized, courteous and punctual service to our internal and external guests. To work with a team spirit and to ensure that each guest leaves the property fully satisfied and with the wish to return back.

Must be thoroughly familiar with all Mövenpick corporate and local Operational Standards and ensure they are followed. He / She is responsible for supervising the operations at the front desk & Food and Beverages according to our hotel standards in order to ensure guest satisfaction. Must assist in accomplish obligations and goals as outlined below:

Key Deliverables and Responsibilities

  1. Organization of all the phone calls operations & FO Administration.

  2. Ensuring staff are adhering to the “Welcome Charter” and the OSM.

  3. Ensure all external and internal calls are answered as laid out in the OSM and ensure efficient connection with the correct person.

  4. Be aware at all times of the whereabouts of the managers and where to contact them.

  5. Monitor the logs of long distance calls, faxes and messages.

  6. Co-ordinate communication within the hotel in the event of an emergency.

  7. Prepare the weekly stores order and maintain stock levels.

  8. Attend training classes as per schedule.

  9. Is aware of the daily activities and has product knowledge of all the hotel facilities.

Requirements: 

- This job vacancy is for Saudi Nationals Only. 

- Bachelore degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administratin or any related major. 

 Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

- Highly responsible & reliable

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required (Arabic & English Languages)

- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
