Job Descriptions
- Provide efficient telephone service and project good image for the Hotel and its guests by supervising closely the efficient operation of the telephone system, PA system, movie system, call accounting system, voicemail system and internet system
- Monitor the courtesy of subordinates and resolving guests’ complaints effectively
- To acquire, through training provided, a complete knowledge of all policies as set by the hotel that relate specifically to the Switchboard
- Create clear and effective relationships between superiors and subordinates; maintain effective communication with other departments
Job Requirements
- Form 5 or above with 5 years relevant working experience
- Knowledge in operating telephone switchboard
- Knowledge of proper procedures in operating PA system, call accounting system, voicemail system and internet connection
- Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Excellent customer services and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, detail-minded with pleasant personality
