Requisitos:

Licenciatura trunca o terminada en Economía, Negocios, Comercio, Ing. Industrial o afines.

2 años de experiencia en ventas y atención al cliente vía telefónica.

Conocimientos de procesos tele venta o call center.

Conocimientos de KPI´s de telesales.

Visión de negocio.

Empuje de ventas.

Orientado a resultados.

Cocimientos de Excel a nivel intermedio.

 

Cuáles son las responsabilidades claves?

Garantizar el cumplimiento de los KPI´s de telesales.

Contribuir con el logro de objetivos de venta en los diferentes pilares.

Estar a cargo de una agenda de contactos, prospectos y clientes.

Auditar los procesos de prospección y cierre de venta según el modelo de telesales.

Brindar la atención a nuestra cartera actual de clientes asignados.

Realizar contacto telefónico para generar venta activa, incremento de órdenes, incrementar el portafolio, dar a conocer promociones.

Ser el responsable de los procesos administrativos relacionados con la venta y cobranza del producto siempre cumpliendo los procesos internos de la compañía.

Tener comunicación directa con su supervisor y con el área de Training para dar seguimiento y desarrollar estrategias de trabajo enfocadas a venta y manejo de portafolio de productos.
