The Position:

We’re looking for Telemarketers/Business Development Managers with at least 2 years experience in a similar position. You must be able to generate leads through networking, cold calling and online data collection. You must have a professional attitude, be highly motivated, be able to maintain a positive attitude and focus in a fast-paced environment and have a can-do mentality.

Responsibilities:

- Market research and lead generation
- Prospecting through cold calling
- Diary management and daily planning for employees of Oscar Winson
- Networking
- Attend company events
- Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers
- Achieve established goals and targets

Requirements:

- Native level of English & a second language is an advantage
- Minimum 2 years experience in Business Development, Sales, Telemarketing.
- Entrepreneurial spirit.
- Self-motivated with a desire to forge a prosperous and rewarding career.
- Capable to work well independently and in a team
