What you will do
- Account Management: retain and maintain an existing customer base assigned to you by addressing to customers' queries, concerns, and follow-up on their service requests through e-mails and phone calls
- Business Development: acquire new business by leveraging on online media platforms, search engines, your personal network etc, within an assigned territory
- Collaboration with Internal Partners: follow through the entire process of service requests from customers with various internal departments, such as Finance, Marketing, Operations, Customer Service
