Job Description
Responsibilities:

• Handle telephone inquiries, schedule customer appointments and resolve complaints in a professional manner
• Establish and maintain a good relationship with customers
• Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required
• Assist in making warm-calls and cold-calls
• Work closely with Operations team for smooth services
• Handle customers' enquire/feedback and work closely with sales and project team

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Minimum of 1 year experience in telesales or customer service
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Proficient in computer skills in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Short notice preferably
