Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead the Telesales team to promote company product and service, to achieve sales targets and business KPIs, and provide excellent services to customers
- Plan and lead the team to acquire new customers and expand customer base through cold call and warm call activities
- Develop call scripts and customer answer sheets for business new enquiries new services and various sales campaigns
- Monitor sales performance and provide effective coaching to staff
- Monitor random calls fro service quality assurance
- Monitor and manage team's discipline using CRM system for business communication and customer management
- Handle customer complaints and business enquiry escalation
- Develop and execute sales programs and campaigns
- Monitor and implement sales projects and processes
Requirenment
- Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years' experience in sales, with at least 2 years in people manager role, preferably in logistic / ~ transportation industry or multinational companies
- Proven track records of driving sales achievements and business growth
- Strong business acument with good analytical and decision making skills
- Customer oriented with strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Good team leadership skills in driving business performance
- Strong planning, organizing and presentation skills
- Project and process management skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Proficient PC skills with excellent MS Office skills
