Our client is now looking for Telesales Manager to join their team, candidates with telesales experience are highly preferred. 

Responsibilities

• Lead the Telesales team to promote product and service, to achieve sales targets and business KPIs and provide excellent services to customers•
• Plan and lead the team to acquire new customers and expand customer base through cold call and warm call activities
• Develop call scripts and customer answer sheets for business enquiries, new services and various sales campaigns
• Monitor sales performance and provide effective coaching to staff

Requirement

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Min 5 years' experience in telesales industry with at least 2 years in supervisor role
• Good team leadership skills in driving business performance
• Strong planning, organizing and presentation skill
• Excellent telephone manner and handling skill
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
