The Telesales Representative is charged with expanding the BSI training portfolio within current accounts and developing new account penetration and new sales opportunities prospecting in support of meeting training sales objectives. The position will be provided leads to prospect, but will additionally be expected to identify other prospective customers. 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Follow up inquiries for training from prospective clients.
  • Update, quote and sell to prospective client information & qualify lead based on BSI established SalesForce.com procedures.
  • Send and relay information to prospective client via email, mail or telephone.
  • Register public training registrants into LMS.
  • Track public training signups for Training Solutions Supervisor.
  • Provide onsite training quotations to clients.
  • Meeting individual assigned territory revenue budget annual/monthly.
  • Meet sales and revenue performance targets and individual KPI’s for territory as agreed upon leads, calls, follow up, quotations, etc.

The ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics:

  • Associate degree, preferred
  • 1-2 years Customer service experience.
  • Good telephone and communication skills
  • 1-2 years dealing with customer objections
  • Software skills –MS Office, Excel, Outlook email
