Responsibilities:

-Engage existing .hk domain users in .香港domain redemption

-Handle customer enquiries on domain redemption procedures

-Commit to departmental daily/weekly telephone call quotas

-Keep proper record of call notes and status; and prepare relevant report for follow-up

Requirements:

-Undergraduate students

-Preferably with previous experience in customer service/ telemarketing/ telesales

-Good verbal & written communication skills

-Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel

-Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Shuttle buses between Tai Wai, Mei Foo, Olympic, Kowloon Tong, Lam Tin, Hang Hau, Sheung Wan, Kennedy Town and Cyberport are available.
