Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in promoting banking/ insurance products
• Achieve sales target and objectives
• Answer inquiries, resolve & escalate feedback appropriately
• Update records on orders, inquiries and customer feedback to database

Requirements:

• F.5 HKCEE / F.6 DSE or above
• Prior call center or telesales experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
