Responsibilities:

• Delivering counter service for customers in compliance in policy and regulation
• Handling enquires of banking services and products and resolving complaints
• Supporting the operation of branch
• Building and maintaining good relationships with customers

Requirements:

• HKCEE / HKDSE or above
• Passes of HKSI and IIQE examinations is an advantage
• At least 1 year bank/ teller working experience
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English
