Job Description
- Perform general teller duties over counter such as receiving and paying cash/check, handling remittance and opening accounts etc.
- Cross-sell consumer bank products and handle general inquiries
- Refer customers to Personal Bankers whenever opportunities arise
- Provide other clerical duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Secondary education or above
- Minimum 1 year's teller and customer services experience in retail banking
- Pass in HKSI and IIQE Licensing Examinations is an advantage
- Good spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Customer-oriented, self-motivated and detail-minded
