Job Description

• Perform general teller duties over counter such as receiving and paying cash/check, handling remittance and opening accounts etc

• Cross-sell consumer bank products and handle general inquiries

• Refer customers to other colleagues whenever opportunities arise

• Provide other administrative duties as assigned by supervisors

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree

• 1-2 year working experiences in teller and customer services will be preferred

• Detail-minded with self-motivation

• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Team player

• Open to fresh grad
