Job Description

Summary:

Our client, a large-scale and renowned Chinese Bank, is hiring TWO Temporary Operations Clerk to join their Admin Services / Retail Customer Support Team in Kowloon Region office. This is a Banking Role in which a great multi-cultural experience will be gained. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Perform Cross-Border Account Opening
  • Handle client statements, vouchers & cheque images reprint
  • Perform variety of back office support functions, such as customer account maintenance, report verification, outward clearing returned check processing and etc.
  • Counter support
  • Provide general clerical support, such as filing and photocopying
  • Perform other operations activities as assigned

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above
  • 1-3 years working experience with 1 year experience in back office operations is preferred
  • Ability to handle multi-tasks in a tight schedule and willing to work overtime
  • Independent, responsible and self-motivated
  • Proficient of Spoken Cantonese, Putonghua & English
  • Strong PC skill and proficient in MS Application and Chinese Word Processing
