Description

Job Purpose

This position has primary accountability for co-ordination of booking, shipment and documentation with vendors, carriers and warehouse as required to meeting Customers’ Logistics needs.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Communicate with vendors for production, booking and cargo delivery to meeting Customer’ ordering schedule.
  • Co-ordinate with carriers for shipment bookings/equipments to meeting vendors’ production schedule.
  • Communicate with customers for booking authorization, shipment plan and exceptions management to meet customers’ logistics needs.
  • Co-ordinate with TMS team for trucking arrangement to meeting vendors’ cargo delivery needs.
  • Co-ordinate with warehouse team for cargo receiving and container loading, Ensure the goods are received in good condition and loaded to container properly.
  • Co-ordinate with GSC team to print/release original HBL/FCR/VAT to local vendors.
  • Update booking/shipment information in system to provide information visibility to Customers

Qualifications
Qualification

  • College or University;

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of related working experience;
  • PC Skills ( basic office application soft wear);
  • Learning Skills, Communication Skills, Self-study;
  • Language (Mandarin & English);
  • Willing to work overtime;
  • Knowledge about Trading & Transportation;
