Description
Job Purpose
This position has primary accountability for co-ordination of booking, shipment and documentation with vendors, carriers and warehouse as required to meeting Customers’ Logistics needs.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Communicate with vendors for production, booking and cargo delivery to meeting Customer’ ordering schedule.
- Co-ordinate with carriers for shipment bookings/equipments to meeting vendors’ production schedule.
- Communicate with customers for booking authorization, shipment plan and exceptions management to meet customers’ logistics needs.
- Co-ordinate with TMS team for trucking arrangement to meeting vendors’ cargo delivery needs.
- Co-ordinate with warehouse team for cargo receiving and container loading, Ensure the goods are received in good condition and loaded to container properly.
- Co-ordinate with GSC team to print/release original HBL/FCR/VAT to local vendors.
- Update booking/shipment information in system to provide information visibility to Customers

- College or University;
Requirements
- 0-2 years of related working experience;
- PC Skills ( basic office application soft wear);
- Learning Skills, Communication Skills, Self-study;
- Language (Mandarin & English);
- Willing to work overtime;
- Knowledge about Trading & Transportation;
