Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage and reconcile daily income receipts for clients' accounts
  • Review the daily finance operation and ensure the daily operation is running smoothly
  • Review payment vouchers and perform month end closing
  • Involve in broking system changing project, e.g. assisting in data migration and UAT testing process, configuring functions in new system
  • Work closely and collaborate with Finance & Operation teams
  • Carry out ad hoc and other duties assigned from time to time

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance
  • 2 years relevant working experience either in Insurance or Audit
  • Detail-minded and good problem-solving, planning & project management skills
  • Able to work under pressure and work independently
  • Maintain good communication and co-ordination with team members
