Come join the Global Talent Acquisition Team as a talent consultant to Intel's business groups, based in US, Canada and Latin America region, by supporting the end to end hiring processes and activities. They are the initial point of contact and intermediate of key HR organizations, main influencers of compensation & benefits guidelines and are the primary drivers for corporate retention objectives.
Talent Advisors are expected to create great experiences to both candidates and Hiring Managers (HM's), proactively educating them to successfully navigate the system and processes in order to provide to them with a great hiring experience. This implies listening and understanding the business units' requirements and propose alternatives to support them.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Provide talent advisory and process expertise to Hiring Managers.
Consulting and coaching with Hiring Managers on recruiting best-practices.
Align with Sourcing Team and Hiring Managers to present Hiring Managers with a strong talent slate that meets Intel's talent needs.
Provide an excellent HM experience interaction, one that is personal and develops a relationship with the business.
Take ownership of shortlisted candidate relationships, present offers, and successfully disposition candidates back into Pipeline.
Have Business/Industry Acumen.
Knowledge of the internal and external business environment, market trends, competitors, labor market, and general talent availability and be good to translate this to a fact-based recommendation to the hiring team, manager.
Build a strategic relationship with hiring managers, understand their hiring needs, identify challenges in attracting the best candidates, and find solutions on how to improve and accelerate the process of enrolling new employees.
Will be a key point of contact for candidates.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Relevant experience can be obtained through schoolwork, classes and project work, internships and/or work experience.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be pursuing or must possess a BS degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related field.
3+ years of experience with talent acquisition processes, customer support, project management
3+ years of experience managing stakeholders, project management in a fast pace environment.
3+ years of consulting and advising.
Advanced English level
Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years of managing Recruiting tools such as Workday, Smashfly and/or HireScore
