Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the portfolio teams within the Licensing Department of the Intermediaries Division that are responsible for licensing intermediaries, the successful candidate is expected to provide a full range of clerical and administrative support.
Requirements:
- High school graduate or above;
- A minimum of 2 years of clerical and administration experience;
- Organised, diligent, able to work independently and make sensible judgments;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Strong sense of responsibility and impeccable integrity;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Chinese word processing; and
- Good command of English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua will be an advantage.
