The External Relations Department of the Corporate Affairs Division is responsible for corporate publications, stakeholder relations management and community engagement, including website, public enquiries and complaints.

This position reports to a Senior Manager of External Relations, as part of the team responsible for our engagement and interaction with the general public, such as handling wide-ranging written enquiries about the SFC's work, organising corporate events and receiving visitors. You will also liaise with external vendors on the SFC’s requirements for an SFC website project and handle routine website content updates.

To be successful in this post, you should hold a university degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or other relevant fields, with at least two years of solid experience in handling public enquiries, ideally in a financial or regulatory context. A good understanding of the securities market and various financial products is essential.

You should be attentive to detail, communicative, organised, outgoing and a team player. Excellent command in English and Chinese is a must. Proficiency in Putonghua will be a plus. Experience in organising business events and managing website contents will be a definite advantage.
