The HKUST-NYU Stern MS in Global Finance Program is a master program jointly offered by the HKUST Business School and the Stern Business School of New York University. It is an executive modular-format program with classes conducted in Hong Kong, New York and Shanghai. Program participants are senior executives in the financial industry worldwide. The team is looking for a Temporary Assistant Manager to support marketing, admissions and daily operations of the program.
The appointee is required to support program promotion and student recruitment activities. His/Her major duties include planning and execution of advertising campaigns and promotional events, maintenance of websites and social media platforms, application handling, interview arrangement, database management, and liaison with internal offices and related stakeholders. He/She will also provide support in module delivery, office administration and other duties as assigned by the supervisors. Working in the evenings, during weekends/public holidays will be occasionally required.
Applicants should have a bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of work experience, preferably in the education sector, or in program administration, marketing/admission areas. IT proficiency, good communication and people skills, and an excellent command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua) are required. Knowledge in managing database, website and social media platforms would be an advantage. The ideal candidate should have pleasant personality, strong ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, and problem-solving mindset. He/She should also be a good team player and can work independently and effectively in a multi-cultural environment.(Duration: 6 months)
