Location: Remote (Candidates in China (preferred)
Duration: Initially up to 3 months

We are The TEFL Institute, a leading provider of online TEFL courses accredited by Highfield and regulated by Ofqual in the UK. We help individuals and institutions around the world deliver exceptional English language training. We are expanding into South Africa and are looking for a dedicated professional to assist us in establishing business-to-business partnerships with schools, colleges, and universities.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and List Compilation
Identify potential schools, colleges, and universities in South Africa to target for B2B partnerships.
Gather key details for each institution, including:
Name of institution
Location
Type of institution (e.g., university, college, secondary school)
Contact information (phone number and email address)
Key contact person (e.g., department head, programme director, or administrative lead).
Email Outreach
Use provided email templates to send targeted messages to institutions with information about our TEFL courses and partnership opportunities.
Personalize emails where necessary to ensure relevance and professionalism.
Track responses and schedule follow-up communications as needed.
Reporting and Coordination
Maintain an organised database of all institutions contacted and responses received.
Provide weekly updates on progress and outreach results.
Collaborate with our team to refine outreach strategies based on feedback.
Requirements:
Strong research and organisational skills, with the ability to identify and compile accurate information from various sources.
Excellent written communication skills, including professional email etiquette.
Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and email platforms.
Familiarity with the Chinese education system is highly desirable.
Experience in sales, marketing, or B2B outreach is a plus.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
