Office : Facility Management Department, Queen Elizabeth Hospital
Salary : HK$16,994 per month
Key Responsibilities:
1. To provide administrative support to the hospital administration relating to facilities management and building / maintenance projects issues.
2. To assist in developing 3D model and production of other layout drawings.
3. To carry out research relating to facilities management and hospital planning
4. To provide clerical support for day-to-day building maintenance, building services and repair services.
5. To provide clerical support for building maintenance projects undertaking by various works agents to the hospital.
6. To co-ordinate with healthcare end-users and control of outsourced consultants and contractors to ensure quality services.
7. To prepare reports for hospital management and take meeting minutes.
8. To assist in planning and monitoring building projects including building maintenance and cash flow management.
9. To carry out other duties as assigned by supervisor(s).
Entry Requirement:
1. University Graduates; OR
2. Has obtained a Diploma in a specialized function, and has completed F.5/ S.5 with:
a. 5 subjects passed in HKCEE including English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language, or equivalent; Or;
b. 5 subjects in HKDSE attaining the level specified below:
· Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language, and
· Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects/ “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category)/ Grade E in Other Language subjects, or equivalent.
Preferred Attributes:
1. With academic training in Construction related / Engineering / Design disciplines
2. Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese.
3. Hands-on experience in MS Office such as MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
4. Able to work independently and under pressure.
5. Some experience in facilities management will be an advantage.
Remarks:
1. Suitable candidate will be appointed on temporary terms for a period up for 10 months.
2. The renewal / extension of appointment will be subject to service needs, availability of funding and job performance.
3. The selected candidate will be posted to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
4. May be required to work in another work location to meet service needs of the HA.
