Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial support to the management executives;
- Handle business correspondences, reports, presentations, proposals and other confidential and professional documents;
- Handle travel arrangement;
- Assist in organizing business events, activities and PR related functions.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above, preferably with certificate in secretarial training;
- At least 5 years secretarial experience in sizable organization;
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing;
- Independent, self-motivated, well-organized and able to work under pressure with multi-tasks ability in a fast pace environment;
- Only immediate available will be considered.
