Pay
HK$30,165 per month
Job
1. Assist in the service planning including that for hospital development projects, strategic service framework, annual planning exercise etc.
2. Provide executive support to various committees and work groups along the planning process as well as organize meetings, workshops and events.
3. Prepare relevant reports, papers and presentation materials, including translation of English version to Chinese or vice versa.
4. Coordinate inputs from relevant stakeholders and support the analysis of service statistics.
5. Manage the logistics for the procurement, design, production and distribution of publications.
6. Perform any other related duties as assigned by supervisor(s).

Requirements
1. A university degree or equivalent.
2. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Preferred Attributes/ Exposures
1. Relevant post-qualification experience in administration, preferably in healthcare planning.
2. Well-organised, strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, able to work independently and multi-tasking.
3. Experience in production of printing materials, such as reports and publications.
4. Proficiency in MS Office e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Remarks

1. May be required to work in another work location to meet service needs of the HA.
2. Employment will be on temporary terms for up to 31 March 2020.
