Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inquiries, applications, data entries and other administration work regarding the "Cordless Drill with Dust Removal System Subsidy Scheme for SMEs".
  • Conduct on-site inspections / audits.
  • Provide other administrative support to the department.
  • Outdoor work is occasionally required.

Requirements:

  • High Diploma or above with 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Working experience in customer services will be an advantage.
  • Good customer service skills and telephone manner.
  • Good PC knowledge (MS Word, Excel etc).
  • Proficient in English and Chinese typing.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive and able to work under pressure.
  • Immediately available is preferred.
