This position’s primary responsibility is coordinating general building maintenance and office services activities for the Facilities Manager. Requires an experienced facilities technician who has a proactive “can do” approach to facilities management.

Ensure that all facilities procedures and documents are adequate, timely, and available in accordance with Company GSOP’s, ISO standards and FDA requirements.

To carry out activities to support the execution of Technical, Engineering, Maintenance services (ServiceDesk support technician; M&E Technician; Utility Specialist; Maintenance worker; Utility Specialist; M&E Engineer).

You are responsible for

• Performs, as a specialized worker, assignments that require consultation of specialists to get a clear view on WHAT has to be delivered, and that require

• analysis of the available data in order to decide HOW to best carry out the assignment.

• Identifies key issues and patterns from partial conflicting data.

• Finds solutions on the basis of theoretical insights and experience for deviating situations.

• Works autonomously within established procedures and practices.

• Drafts limited improvement projects within a unit and introduces new supporting process activities.

• Working knowledge of HVAC, compressed air, vacuum pumps, plumbing, electrical, wiring, rodi.

• Able to shift attention promptly to address priorities/handle multiple functions simultaneously.

• Ordained person, able to analyze and apply simple but effective solutions.

• This person could be a technical perfectionist.

• This person needs to follow the quality regulations of the company.

• Knowledge of problem solving techniques.Develop and execute plans for improvement opportunities.

• Follow the work instructions and procedures regarding Facilities activities.

• Check daily and repair according with procedures any situation with the clean-rooms and the rest of the facilities.

• Participated at the improvement teams that the company has.

• Supports and adheres to facility and security procedures/protocols.

• Move items within/between building/warehouse.

• May performs a number of dissimilar tasks. Has an operational role. Mayperforms tasks of a dissimilar nature.

• Check daily and repair according with procedures any situation with the clean-rooms and the rest of the facilities.

• Additional functions may be essential as designated by the Facilities Manager.

• May have a group of facilities technician in charge.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Advanced engineering studies in a related field such as maintenance, electromecanics, electronics, etc, or a combination of equivalent job experience in related field.

• Requires an Electromechanical or electrical technician of a technical institution or equivalent training.

• Adequate combination of educational background and/or experience in Medical C

• ompanies to effectively perform self training.Knowledge of problem solving techniques.

• Proactive person. Is a must for all candidates.

• Five or more years facility technician experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Demonstratedintermediate English level.

• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of GMPs, FDA regulations, Quality System Regulations (QSR), ISO 13485 requirements and Japan regulations.

• Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel).

• People Management skills.
