The Job
Summary:
Reporting to Head (Customer Services), the appointee will oversee the daily operations of service counters of Customer Services Department and assist in the development of Chatbot and other digital services for the Department.
- To oversee and manage the development of Chatbot and other digital services for the Department;
- To oversee the daily operation of service counters of MPFA offices;
- To assist in developing, formulating and implementing policies and initiatives for enhancing the customer services quality and standards;
- To review and enhance work processes to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness;
- To coach, develop and enhance the skills and expertise of the subordinates of the team; and
- To perform other duties as assigned by the Management.
The Person
- A recognized degree, or equivalent;
- At least eight years of relevant experience in compliance, retirement / pension schemes, customer services, community relations, of which at least four years should be at Senior Officer level or above;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to deal with people effectively;
- Good communication and analytical skills;
- Good leadership and people management skills; and
- Mature, flexible, customer-oriented and able to work under pressure independently.
Remuneration Package
We offer a competitive salary commensurate with the appointee’s qualifications and relevant experience. The appointment will be made on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
