The Job
The appointee’s major duties will include the following:
- To serve as the lead in HRIS system implementation projects;
- To manage the end-to-end system projects including system design, overseeing the planning, implementation process and system testing, and user training;
- To oversee procurement activities of systems and work closely with external vendors to ensure effective and timely delivery of deliverables and systems;
- To manage and implement changes in HR processes and systems, including integration and upgrade of HR systems;
- To prepare proper documentation on processes and guidelines;
- To manage HR data and analytics for providing reports and analysis to support key HR decisions; and
- To participate in ad hoc human resources initiatives and projects as assigned.
The Person
A recognized degree, preferably in human resources management, business administration, or equivalent;
At least 8 years of relevant experience in human resources management with solid experience in implementation and management of HRIS systems, of which at least 4 years should be at supervisory level, preferably gained in sizable organizations;
Well versed with the Employment Ordinance and other related legislations;
Strong analytical, problem solving, project management and people management skills with knowledge in HR processes;
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
Mature, flexible, customer-oriented and a good team player; and
Immediately available is preferred.

Remuneration Package
We offer a competitive salary commensurate with the appointee’s qualifications and relevant experience. The appointment will be made initially on a 9-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of renewal of the appointment, subject to operational needs and staff performance.
