Job Description
- 5-day work & Bank Holidays
- Lai Chi Kok near to MTR station
- With a chance to be permanent staff
Responsibility
- Responsible for daily order processing and order co-ordination
- Arrangement of samples, data entries and reporting
- Handle routine purchase, I/E shipping documents and declaration
- Assisting customer service hotline
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Form 6 graduate or above
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in purchasing
- Knowledge in logistics and trading industry is a must
- Proficiency in using MS Office (Word & Excel), Outlook, PC tools and Chinese Word Processing
- Experienced in using ERP systems (SAP) is preferable
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Part-time work is welcome
