The Job
- To assist in the collection of Occupational Retirement Schemes Ordinance (ORSO) Scheme periodic fees by data input, record management and following up of defective cheques;
- To prepare various payment documents and revenue-related reports;
- To assist in record input and file management, and provide secretarial support to the department; and
- To perform other duties as assigned.
The Person
A recognized degree, preferably majoring in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Good interpersonal, communication, analytical, organization and problem-solving skills; and
- Flexible, open-minded and able to work independently as well as under pressure.
Fresh graduates will also be considered.
Remuneration Package
We offer a competitive salary commensurate with the appointee’s qualifications and relevant experience. The appointment will be made on a 9-month fixed-term contract.
