The Sales, Marketing, and Communications team exists to deliver a world-class experience to our global, diverse, ever-expanding customers in a way that maximizes revenue, design wins, and our reputation so that we can exceed our growth expectations.

This position is a temporary position for 6 months that can be extended if both parts agree.

In this position you will:

• Support Distributor Finance team to manage financial data

• Perform inventory reconciliation to ensure accuracy level of inventory

• Communication and collaboration with distributors to align on the inventory quantity for pricing bill up

• Knowledge on sales billing process is an added advantage

A successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Thorough knowledge of financial business practices, procedures, financial systems, and analytics

• Hands on experience with order management systems like SAP, DATT, BOBJ, FAE and Salesforce Experience with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Office.

• Proficiency in business communications in English.

• Detail orientate

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Flexibility in working hours to support other time zone

Qualifications

You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship

Minimum Qualifications:

-Bachelor's Degree or other relevant third level qualification in Finance /Business Administration with related 3+ year of related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience in a semiconductor or high-tech company.
