Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide all-rounded support to the Chairman & CEO including business activities and personal matters
- Organize and coordinate meetings, business conferences and travel itineraries
- Arrange the air-tickets for management
- Manage calendar and important events for the Chairman & CEO
- Prepare correspondences and confidential documents etc
- Perform ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
- Diploma holder in Business Administration or above
- At least 2 years experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrator
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office
- Excellent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Excellent in coordinating and communicating with all levels internally and externally
- Proactive, ability to adapt and multitask
