Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide all-rounded support to the Chairman & CEO including business activities and personal matters
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, business conferences and travel   itineraries
  • Arrange the air-tickets for management
  • Manage calendar and important events for the Chairman & CEO
  • Prepare correspondences and confidential documents etc
  • Perform ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder in Business Administration or above
  • At least 2 years experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrator
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Excellent in coordinating and communicating with all levels internally and externally
  • Proactive, ability to adapt and multitask
