Key Responsibilities:

• Following up all of PD duties between NY and Vendors

• Following up with NY team to send the proto tech pack/Panel request/SMS specs according to Calendar and help vendors to communicate with NY PD or designer if any confusion

• Help vendors to check the color/material for proto or SMS if it’s out of the standard when factory receive it

• Stay closely with vendors on the sample schedule ensure they will ship samples on time and in good quality

• Follow up with NY PD for the proto or SMS comment after they were reviewed

• Pushing Vendors to ship the 2nd or 3rd round of Protos to NYO asap if needed

• Help sourcing on the embellishments and some of special request from NY team

• Visit shoes Vendors and Supplier whenever it's necessary

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 3-5 years PD experience in shoe business

• Good communication skills in English.

• Willing to work overtime and travelin

• Able to take pressure, with strong responsibility & loyalty
