Temporary Senior Administrative Officer (Duration: 3 to 6 months)
Teaching and Learning Centre
(Post Ref.: 20/33/SW)
The appointee is required to provide a variety of administrative and professional support to the Centre, including:
(1) Implementation of Outcomes-based Approach to Teaching and Learning (OBATL);
(2) Development of teaching and learning initiatives;
(3) Implementation of technology-enhancement learning;
(4) Grant(s) and scheme(s) related to teaching and learning;
(5) Committee works;
(6) Office operation;
(7) Other duties assigned by supervisor(s).
Requirements
Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor’s degree; (ii) at least 3 years of solid administrative experience in higher/tertiary education sector or related field; (iii) good command of both Chinese and English; (iv) strong report and paper writing ability; (v) attention to details and ability to handle multiple tasks; (vi) high level of competence in computer literacy; (vii) good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills; (viii) strong sense of responsibility and taking initiative; (ix) ability to work independently, effectively and efficiently, and also be a good team player. Candidates with more/less experience will also be considered for appointment at a relevant rank.
Salary and Fringe Benefits
Commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, and mandatory provident fund. Appointment will be made on a short-term basis, and re-appointment is subject to mutual agreement.
