Job Description

Typical Accountabilities:

  • Tender Process Management & to involve AZ products in all accounts
    • Through scanning of all Terms & Condition Booklets to identify AZ products or competitors in order to bid for in the tender
    • Preparing documents and samples required for tenders to be delivered to the distributors who bid for tender.
    • Arrange with finance department for P&L preparation & seeks management approvals
    • Preparation of tender extensions, price offers and direct orders for all distributors
    • Attendance of important tender committees.

  • Prepare & keep records of Tender & tender sales data for different therapy areas   on weekly basis
    • Communicate approvals with concerned distributors.
    • Archiving Tender authorization letters, tender extensions, price offers.
    • Archiving Tender results (technical and financial) & copy sales team for action

  • Develop professional relationship with KOLs of big accounts re- tenders business .to ensure AZ products availability in future tenders
    • Regular visits for Tender KOLs at big accounts.
    • Liaise with sales team to list AZ products in tender booklets

  • Develop professional relationship with Tender mangers of all AZ distributors
    • Monthly Meetings with Tender mangers of all AZ distributors.
  • Provide sales team with tender data.
    • Respond to sales team urgencies & feedback them with action taken to resolve the issues related to tenders and direct orders
  • Verify compensation claims re-tender business from all distributors on monthly basis
    • Inspection of the all compensation requests that received from all distributors According to the AZ approvals for the tenders and direct orders
    • Meeting with the financial Mangers of all distributors whom are concerned to solve any financial issues   related to the tender business
    • Monthly Reports to N.S.D and C.F.O for distributor Compensations

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Essential:

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sale
  • Strong oral, written and listening skills that are demonstrated through effective communication with colleagues and customers.
  • Interpersonal skills – Influencing, negotiation, collaboration and team work.
  • Planning and organization skills
  • Effective analytical thinking, problem solving.
  • Emotional intelligence.

Desirable:

  • Preferable prior experience in multi-national pharmaceutical/equivalent companies.
  • High level of knowledge,
  • Knowledge of AZ organizational structure and key internal customers.
