We are hiring talent for Tender Manager - South China/ Hong Kong/ Taiwan & South Korea position to be responsible for providing effective tender handling, when received from internal & external customers, and align opportunities together with Company's growth & strategy.

As Tender Manager - South China/ Hong Kong/ Taiwan & South Korea, you will:

• Lead/Prepare/Support Global / Regional air & ocean freight RFP/RFQ/RFI responses within the agreed timelines, ensure high quality and consistency of data accuracy
• Verify with account owners and customers for actual service requirement and develop strategy and approach for each tender received
• Identify opportunities and communicate through to procurement teams and local offices to ensure the right pricing is being prepared & sourced
• Coordinate with respective departments to consolidate the pricing and informative data for the RFP/RFQ submission
• Follow up and comply with internal procedure to continuously improve overall communication flow between internal and external parties
• Compile pricing proposals with P&L projections from Areas; support the teams in pricing review.
• Collate and prepare Management Reports within regions for business opportunities and overview
• Prepare Cost Analysis for tenders

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Above 5 years relevant experience in MNC & freight forwarding industry is a must
• Knowledge of MS Office, advanced MS excel experience
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit
• Able to work under pressure to deliver quality work under tight deadlines
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin
