This is an exciting new technology as we see the transport and energy sectors merge with the electrification of vehicles on the road, water and in the air. We are currently looking for a Tendering and Order Execution Manager to join the Smart Infrastructure eMobility based in either North Ryde NSW, Bayswater Victoria or Bowen Hills or Yatala Queensland. You will be responsible for the tendering activities across eMobility’s wide range customers and market channels for Siemens EV Charging Infrastructure portfolio including hardware and software. In addition your role will be responsible for the successful execution of order delivery to customer sites, including coordination of internal and external resources as required. Your goal will be to ensure our customers and partners receive timely and accurate technical and commercial offers, and delivery of projects are well coordinated including keeping customers well informed of progress. Your other key responsibilities include: • Creates and/or contributes to the offer letter templates and continuous improvement of templates and responsible for accurateness and completeness of offer letters. • Prepares offer letters and tender responses, including clarification of customers´ targets and requirements in collaboration with Sales Manager or Key Account Manager • Maintains up-to-date information on the latest GA Costs for all products, software and services, including ICB agreements • Creates and maintains pricelists for products as required • Prepares, reviews and books customer orders / revisions to orders. • Performs customer handover meetings after order intake to ensure division of responsibilities clearly understood. • Interfaces with factory and product / marketing groups to resolve configurations and technical changes. • Manages logistics of order delivery and ensures timely shipment / billing of equipment. • Maintains contractual relationship with customer post sale including for variation and escalation topics • Coordinates overall planning of the project and decides on allocation of resources. Cooperates with all involved stakeholders on both customer side and Siemens' sales or logistics organisation. • Monitors milestone and adherence to budgets, and initiates actions to minimize non-conformance cost. • Adheres to PM standards and Business Conduct Guidelines (e.g. Tax regulations, Export Control, EHS). In order to be considered for this opportunity you will need to demonstrate prior experience in both tendering and order execution. The role requires professional writing skills including good grammar, consistent document formatting, and attention to detail when writing offer letters and offer letter revisions.
