We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and energetic Tennis Coach to join our academy in Wuxi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coaching players of various ages and skill levels, organizing training sessions, and fostering a positive, disciplined, and inclusive environment that promotes athletic development and personal growth.

Requirements：
Proven experience as a tennis coach or instructor.
Certification from a recognized tennis coaching body (e.g., ITF, PTR, or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of tennis techniques, rules, and strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire players of all skill levels.

Responsibilities:
Design and deliver structured tennis coaching programs for beginners through advanced players.
Conduct private and group lessons for children, teens, and adults.
Organize and supervise tennis camps, tournaments, and internal competitions.
Assess individual player development and provide personalized feedback.
Ensure safety and proper use of tennis equipment and facilities.
Collaborate with other coaches and school or club staff to support athlete development.
Promote tennis through outreach events and community engagement.
